Whip Up King’s (WUK) goal is to provide the best experience using our products for eating and/or drinking. To guarantee the best experience please review our ordering and shipping guidelines to consider before you transact. If you have an issue not covered by the below guidelines, please reach out to the WUK team and we will help mitigate a viable solution.
Shipping Accuracy: Please verify your address carefully, as WUK’s delivery guarantee extends only to the address provided. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service must reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on your location.
Ship to Address: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
Replacements & Cancellation/Change of Order: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 10 days from receiving your order. We do not refund; however, we reserve the right to limit replacements, we can only offer up to one replacement per customer. Any changes in order including cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of the placed order. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation request.
Ordering: Orders can ONLY be placed via www.whipupking.com.
Handling and Freshness: All products are shipped from the WUK Food Lab and are packaged in a sterilized environment. Any defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and should be safely stored at room temperature in a dry, cool place.
