Welcome to Whip Up King (“WUK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our goal is to provide high-quality, handcrafted spice blends and flavor products that enhance your eating and drinking experience.

By placing an order through WhipUpKing.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, including our ordering, shipping, and replacement policies.

1. Ordering and Acceptance of Terms

Orders for WUK products may only be placed through our official website:

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to:

WUK reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse of policy, or resale without authorization.

2. Shipping Policy

WUK ships orders using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS Ground, depending on delivery location.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address is accurate and complete prior to checkout.

WUK’s delivery guarantee applies only to the address provided during checkout and confirmed on the order acknowledgment.

WUK is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage resulting from:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
• Carrier rerouting requests
• Carrier delays or service interruptions
• Delivery issues occurring after carrier confirmation of delivery

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, WUK is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

3. Shipping Restrictions

At this time WUK ships only within the United States.

We cannot ship to:

• PO Boxes
• APO
• FPO
• DPO addresses
• International destinations

Orders submitted with unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled or delayed.

4. Replacement Policy (No Returns)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, WUK does not accept returns or provide refunds.

However, if there is a legitimate issue with your order, customers must notify WUK within:

10 days of confirmed delivery

Examples of eligible issues include:

• Damaged product during shipping
• Incorrect product shipped
• Missing items

All replacement requests must include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence when applicable

WUK reserves the right to approve or deny any replacement request at our sole discretion.

To prevent policy abuse:

• WUK may limit replacements to one (1) per customer or household
• WUK may deny requests that appear fraudulent or excessive

Approved replacements are the sole remedy provided.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Customers may request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be guaranteed to be changed or cancelled.

6. Product Handling, Freshness, and Storage

WUK products are hand-blended in small batches and packaged in a clean, sanitized environment according to our internal quality standards.

Because our products contain:

• All natural ingredients
• No artificial preservatives
• No artificial coloring

Customers are responsible for proper storage.

Recommended Storage

Products should be stored:

• In a cool, dry place
• At room temperature
• Away from moisture and direct sunlight

Improper storage after delivery may affect product quality, and WUK cannot be responsible for product degradation due to improper handling or storage.

7. Allergen and Ingredient Disclaimer

WUK spice blends may contain or be produced in environments that process ingredients including but not limited to:

• herbs
• spices
• seeds
• peppers

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to consumption.

WUK is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from product use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• personal dissatisfaction with taste preferences
• improper product use
• allergic reactions
• shipping  delays by carriers
• lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

WUK’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Unauthorized Resale

WUK products are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized.

Unauthorized resale, repackaging, relabeling, or redistribution of WUK products is strictly prohibited without written permission from WUK.

10. Policy Abuse

WUK reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts that demonstrate:

• fraudulent activity
• excessive replacement requests
• abuse of promotional offers
• policy manipulation

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which WUK is registered to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from purchases through WhipUpKing.com will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction associated with WUK’s business registration.
